All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, and selected international destinations.
For any other destinations not listed at checkout, we will contact you with a shipping price before processing your order.

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £4.00 GBP
Free Standard Shipping: Orders £40 and over
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): £6.00 GBP
Europe / Standard International
Standard International Shipping (3–17 business days)

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
UK Standard: 2–4 business days
UK Express: 1–3 business days
Europe / Standard International: 3–17 business days
USA / Express International: 2–11 business days
Delivery times do not include processing time.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, including Europe and USA orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customers are fully responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.
Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes will not be refunded, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for a refund of shipping fees.
Any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and supporting photos if applicable.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
